Forest Run / Exist / The Lost Age / Blast From the Past

Though the work's title is comprised of 4 titles at once, the work's narrative is simple. For an inconsistent duration of 3 minutes a recording of
morning birds from a different geographical area and time is heard. Then, footsteps running on a leafy area enter the scene followed by an extreme
blast of noise terror.

The tracks are built from 4 separate combinations.
The Blast From the Past part consists of all of Shalosh Hait's tracks combined together. [ Shalosh Hait was Ran Slavin's post rock band from 1988-1992]
The The Lost Age part-blast is a combination of all of the Next Life's new album "The Lost Age" combined together. A few other short samples from the Next Life are used [thanks]
The Exist part of the work is in the form of a recording of birds from a different geographical area and time which are artificially inserted into the new land scape. Aritificial yet belonging.
The Forest Run part of the work is evident in the implied panic of the sound of footsteps running on dry leaf. Reminiscent of thriller drama.

The work's surprise comes from the powerful blast of noise that erupts every approximately 3 minuets. The disorienting and unnatural sound placed
inside a tranquil but politically charged olive tree grove is the material and impact of the work.
